Print and Event Materials

Formic is a leader in packing automation with over 500 systems deployed across the US. For PACK EXPO 2025, I partnered with their internal marketing team to design a full range of print materials and event signage. In addition to the trade show assets, I also developed various web and print graphics to support their ongoing marketing efforts within the manufacturing sector.

Working with Guidelines

Formic already had a foundational brand identity in place, which allowed me to jump into the project and start producing work quickly. My goal was to be as efficient as possible by utilizing their established standards while identifying the gaps where the guidelines did not cover our specific needs. I focused on modernizing their visual style in a way that felt like a natural evolution. This ensured everything remained cohesive with their current presence while expanding the brand's versatility.

Key Deliverables

By working closely with their internal team, we were able to produce a high volume of assets in a short timeframe:

  • Event Signage: Large-scale banners and booth graphics for PACK EXPO.
  • Print Materials: Various sales collateral and informational handouts.
  • Web Graphics: Digital assets for the company website and social channels.

Project Reflection

By respecting the core of the Formic brand while being decisive about where it needed to expand, we were able to deliver a modern and polished look for one of their biggest events of the year.
